The Measures strongly encourage the development of user-side energy storage, and user-side energy storage projects that use user-side energy storage projects that are certified to meet the standards and specifications of advanced high-quality products will be independently metered and implemented in accordance with the cold storage price policy fully implemented by Guangdong Province. Guangdong's cold storage electricity price adopts the peak-flat valley electricity price method, based on the flat section electricity price of the corresponding electricity price category of the user, and the peak-flat valley electricity price ratio is 1.65: 1: 0.25. The electricity price during the trough period is the lowest in the country, and the peak-to-valley difference is the largest.

The area with the largest peak-to-valley electricity price difference in June was Guangdong (the five cities in the Pearl River Delta), which was 1.4279 yuan/kWh. Peak-valley spread arbitrage is the most important business model for user-side energy storage.

★ The total income of charge and discharge on the day = the first charge and discharge income + the second charge and discharge income.

The electricity price standard calculated this time, taking the industry and commerce of the five cities in the Pearl River Delta in Guangdong Province as an example (the latest large-scale industrial electricity price in June 2023), the peak electricity price is about 1.5114 RMB/kWh, the peak electricity price is about 1.2146 RMB/kWh, the flat section electricity price is about 0.7258 RMB/kWh, and the valley electricity price is about 0.2929 RMB/kWh. The peak-to-valley ratio is: 1.7 : 1 : 0.38.

The product design life of the energy storage system is calculated according to 10 years, the charge and discharge rate is 0.5C, and the plate replacement liquid cooling and heat management technology is adopted, and the system is integrated design.
